Firstly, you receive a lovely warm welcome from the front staff. I began Physiotherapy with Lee Boss, a physiotherapist, who has taken me from hardly being able to walk (I’m waiting for a hip replacement) to walking distances without the sharp stabbing pain in my hip; now it’s a manageable situation. She is amazing! Truly wonderful!
