Sonya Zaffino - General Manager
Sonya joined the BIHC team as a receptionist in 2017 after enjoying an 18 year career in the beauty industry where she had the opportunity to develop her client service and human relations skills at many different levels of management. Through continued focus on training and elevation of her team, Sonya's team was recognized as a finalist for the Cosmetic Outstanding Service Awards for Best Cosmetic Team 2016.
As a graduate of the business program from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, Sonya has seen the benefits of knowing all areas of your business from the ground up and brings her knowledge and experience to her role as GENERAL MANAGER of Operations and Marketing within the BIHC team.
Sonya is excited to be working in the Belleville area again and in her spare time enjoys getting out into the community, baking a new sweet treat, spending quality time with her husband, daughter and Siberian husky and participating in the local Butterfly Run.
